Biography

Josh manages an American Qualified Opportunity Fund (QOF) as well as a Real Estate Investment Corporation (REIC). He has over 20-years of experience in construction, property development, real estate and portfolio management. He advises the fund to ensure manageable growth and asset protection, and helps us review properties as a part of our investment committee, filtering deals for our monthly vote.
